All Things Considered (AIM: ATC) is a business built to deliver for artists across the music value chain. We work with artists to engage directly with their fanbase – managing, empowering, driving revenues, building IP value and brand equity.

ATC was founded in 1996. In its early years it operated principally as an artist management company, setting out to provide artist-focussed, collaborative and creative services to help to build commercially and culturally-enduring artist businesses.

ATC Management’s vision for greater integration across the different sectors of the music industry and more direct engagement between artist and fan led to the development of other complementary businesses within the Group and then to an IPO on London’s Aquis market in 2021 and subsequent transition to the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange.  

Since 2021, the Group has grown both organically and through key acquisitions and will continue to follow that path. We are capitalising on the fragmented nature of the music industry in the mid-market to drive the development and growth of the Group as a forward-thinking, full-service music company.  

Headquartered in London, with offices in the key North American industry hubs of Los Angeles and New York, ATC Group is led by an experienced Board of Directors.

The Group’s strategy is to build a fully-integrated services business covering the full spectrum of the music value chain. 

The global music industry is a multi-billion dollar market undergoing significant disruption brought about by technological innovations, changing consumer demands and the recognition that the future power in the music market will lie with the artists and the way in which they engage directly with their fanbases. At ATC, we have put together a collection of assets that sit at the heart of that strategic shift. 

ATC’s comprehensive range of talent services enables the Group to align more closely with artists’ commercial ambitions, capture a greater share of music industry revenue streams and provides a virtuous circle of industry insight and proprietary data across service lines, creating substantial competitive differentiation.
